Delivery

Our aim is to process and despatch your order within 48 hours however, this is subject to your item being in stock. Inevitably there will be times when an item is out of stock awaiting further deliveries from the manufacturers and in these circumstances the process and despatch routine will take a little longer ( 7 – 14 days). We will, at all times, keep you informed with anticipated delivery dates and of course you may cancel your order, by email or telephone 0845 643 1818 if you do not wish to wait for further supplies.

Postage and Packaging costs per order:-

Royal Mail First Class deliveries are normally delivered with your normal post and should not require a signature.

For Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK orders only) orders must be placed before 1pm to guarantee next working day delivery. Please be aware that Royal Mail will not guarantee Special Delivery mail on Saturdays, so Special Delivery orders taken on Fridays can only be guaranteed for delivery on a Monday. Royal Mail Special Delivery will require a signature upon receipt.

Please note that we can only offer next day delivery on items in stock.

Worldwide (outside the EU (European Union)) your package may be subject to your country’s own import duties/taxes, you are responsible for these additional charges which are levied once your package arrives in your country. We have no control over these charges and therefore cannot anticipate what they will be.

We only charge you one postage and packaging charge per order regardless of how may packages we send you to fulfil the order.

Gift boxes are available as an option at the check out – there is small additional cost of £3.00 (in additional to the quoted postage and packaging costs). Gift boxes are placed in A4 rigid postage boxes for protection.

We have tried to maximise the chances of you receiving your Tooti Boo purchases in a timely manner with the minimum of hassle – we have commissioned our own customised posting boxes which have been designed to fit through most letterboxes so you can expect your purchases delivered with your normal post, having adopted this approach this may mean you receive more than one parcel depending on the number of items ordered.

Please note that our postage and packaging costs are per order not per item.

For larger items like Basques or moulded bras delivery will be in an A4 postage box.

If only part of your order is in stock we will send the items in stock immediately, unless it is part of a matching set, in which case we will wait for the missing set item(s) and post the completed set out together.

Delivery packaging will be discreet, no logos etc – please note that to comply with Post Office guidelines we do have to detail our name and address but we will do this on the reverse of the package in a discreet manner.

No payment will be taken from your credit/debit card until your item(s) have been despatched.

Delivery charges are not refunded in the case of returns.

All prices quoted are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. UK VAT rates are currently 17.5%
